Dear house guest,

We are delighted to welcome you to Villa Rustica! Our houseis located right in the center of Vlašić mountain at Babanovac ski village, with all the facilities and attractions on a short distance. The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms spread over three floors and is completely non-smoking. This house directory gives you a thorough insight about our facilities and services available. If you have an additional question or request please contact one of our superhost.

House rules – for your own and our safety

There are no specific rules, except that we expect our guests to treat our house with respect.

The following rules are the most important house rules which apply within Villa Rustica. We kindly ask you to respect and accept these rules.

General rules

• All instructions which are given by employees of the house, according to the rules, should be followed. Complaints and/or comments should be reported to Superhost.
• In case of fire, please stay calm. Report a fire to Superhost.
• At a general fire alarm, leave the house immediately and wait for instructions.
• During emergencies and/or incidents, camera footage can be shown to authorities.
• Lost and found should be handed in at Superhost.
• Villa Rustica can not be held responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
• The management and/or employees of this property can not be held liable for any injury and/or (non)material damage which might encounter to our guests. 

It is forbidden

• To carry out the house property of the building. When intentional damage is ascertained, you can be held responsible to pay for repair and/or renovation costs.
• To use, trade or bring along narcotics.
• To cause nuisance to another house guests by playing loud music, obnoxious behaviour or another kind of noise.
• To smoke in the house. Smoking is only allowed in our garden, terrace or balcony. When smoking is ascertained, we will charge a fine of € 25,00 to your account to compensate the costs for cleaning the room. When the fire alarm goes off and the fire department has to come, we are forced to charge their costs (€125,-) to your account.

• We have to think about our guests and some of our guests have a pet allergy. This is the reason we cannot allow pets inside the apartments.

All cases which are not mentioned within these house rules will be decided by the management of Villa Rustica house.
